Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things just don't always work out the way we would like them. Our number one goal is Complete Customer Satisfaction and we work hard to achieve such. If at any time a client is less than satisfied with the end results of a product or service we will work closely with them to rectify the matter.


When deciding to purchase a  Cre8tive Dezine product or service, we strongly encourage you to review our policies before purchasing.

 


Refunds are considered only for Graphic Design projects and must be requested by sending an email through our online contact form HERE to be eligible for consideration. Requests received by any other method including direct email to a staff member or a private phone conversation cannot be considered or processed.


For a refund request to be considered, the client and designer must first have demonstrated valid effort to either replace the cost of purchase with another valuable service offering or revise and edit the project to the customers liking based on a timeframe agreed upon between the client and designer.


If all else fails final refund requests must be received by Cre8tive Dezine's info email address info@aurumcreative.org within 48hrs from the date of final project purchase payment and will incur a fee equal to 30% of the deposit or final amount paid.

Refunds are for Final project payments only and not granted during the design stage; therefore there will be no refunds of deposit payments.


All refund requests must pass the terms and conditions outlined on this website to be eligible for refund consideration and are at the sole discretion of Cre8tive Dezine and are subject to approval.

 

Graphic Design Project refund requests are granted at our Sole Discretion. If a refund request is granted, the client will incur a 40% (fourty) percent processing fee, to cover the costs of refunding financial transactions and time spent on the client project.


Refunds for the printing phase of design projects may only be considered if the project never met print production. Once the project has been printed or submitted for print to a printing company there will be no refunds.

You may request a refund only in the event that you were unhappy with the final printed product AND never approved of the submission. A 40% fee will be charged to cover the cost of produced work and payment processing fees.

 

Web Design Refunds

 

The deposit payment or initial purchase payment  specified in your contract is refundable on a limited basis. In the event that any deposit amount does not fully cover the development time spent on the project (@ $30/hr), and other expenses related to development of the project, then additional payment will be due from the client and billed accordingly. 

 

In order to cover the costs of production time Template Web Design refunds are at the discretion of Cre8tive Dezine and are limited to 30%  of the initial paid price if approved. Although highly uncommon; refunds for fully Coded Site Designs are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of Cre8tive Dezine and the project's lead designer. Requests must be made within 14 days of initial purchase.

 

Monthly subscription plans can be canceled at any time and refunds can be requested using the above procedure. In most instances we will refund a pro-rated amount based upon the day of the month and how many days or hours of services have been used.

 

Cancellations

 

A customer may cancel any Plan or Service at any time.


Once a Subscription is cancelled the client will have access for the remainder of the month's paid period; after which client will no longer have access to that service and it will be removed from our servers or repurposed

 

Site Yearly Subscription Plans (billed monthly) are non refundable unless paid in full for 1 year at the time of initial purchase; in which case will incur a fee equal to 10% of total purchase price and 1 month of service. Requests must be made within a 14 day period.

Site Monthly plans (month to month packages) can be canceled at any time and refunds can be requested. In most instances we will refund a pro-rated amount based upon the day of the month and how many days or hours of services have been used.


 

Website domain or app and website add-on purchases are non refundable.
